Medford Police arrested Garrett Monday on charges of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. He is being held on $67,500 bail. Drugs — Charlie Bud Seal, 49, of the 4700 block of Lower River Road, Grants Pass. Seal was arrested by Medford Police Monday on charges of second-degree theft and driving under the influence of intoxicants.
